It’s Easy! All you need is a touch tone phone and a Personal Identification Number (PIN). Our 24-Hour TELE BANKING system will instruct you on how to securely access your accounts.

For those of you who do not like Phone Menus, here are all the options and the order that they are stated for your convenience.

Select one of the following:

  • 1 – Access your account
  • 2 – Instructions on how to use this system
  • 0 – Transfer to Customer Service Rep.
  • * – Hear options again

After entering your account number, press ‘#’ then select one of the following:

  • 1 – Checking Account
  • 2 – Savings Account
  • 3 – CD / Time Deposit
  • 4 – Loan
  • * – Hear options again

After selecting 1 through 4, enter your PIN then select the appropriate number below:

For Deposit Accounts:

  • 1 – Balance Information
  • 2 – Additional Account Info. (Int. Earned, etc.)
  • 3 – Account History
    • 1 – List all items (checks, deposits, etc.)
    • 2 – Specific check that was processed
    • 3 – Last 5 deposits/credits
    • 4 – Last 5 debits/withdrawls/checks
    • 5 – Automatic debits/credits (ACH)
    • 0 – Transfer to Customer Service Rep.
    • 9 – Return to prior menu
    • * – Hear options again
  • 4 – Funds Transfer
    • 1 – Transfer funds
    • 0 – Transfer to Customer Service Rep.
    • 9 – Return to prior menu
