Lost or Stolen Debit Card or ATM Card

A lost or stolen card can mean a lot of stress and worry. We’re here to ease your concerns and take the steps necessary to reduce your risk of financial loss and identity theft.
Using South Louisiana Bank’s mobile app, log into your account and lock the lost card. Manage Cards can be found under menu. Click the red box titled “TURN CARD OFF.”
LOST OR STOLEN cards can be reported in the Manage Cards section of your online banking account.
- Select Manage Cards
- Select the lost or stolen card.
- In the security section select “Report Lost or Stolen Card”
- The reported card will become inactive and can no longer be used.
