Visa® gift cards can be used anywhere that accepts Visa® debit cards – including online and over-the-phone purchases. Unlike a debit card, the Visa® gift card isn’t tied to a bank account. The card can hold any value from $25.00 up to $1000.00. Cardholders can go online or call to check its balance; you can register the card upon activating it over the phone.
